Hope’s Christmas Town is an annual event held in the town of Mount Hope, West Virginia.  The goal of this seasonal event is to encourage “Giving” during the holidays.  The event, designed by Mount Hope residents, promotes the meaning of Christmas by providing businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations an opportunity to Give Back to those who give so much to them throughout the year.  The First Annual Hope’s Christmas Town held in 2018 saw attendance swell to over 2,500 with patrons giving away items such as hot chocolate, Wassel, cookies, candy, popcorn, and small trinkets. With the addition of the Mount Hope Christmas parade, caroling, warming stations, live entertainment, and the annual tree lighting ceremony, Hope’s Christmas Town will be a heartwarming event to remember for years to come. 

New this year! We will be adding a section for Christmas Art vendors.  Be the first to get in on building a Christmas festival in the southern hills of West Virginia similar to the markets found on the streets of Berlin of Frankfurt Germany.  Set-up your Christmas wares in Mount Hope’s own Christmas market!
